Full Description: Playa Bonita Village, our next phase of development for our project next to the Intercontinental Playa Bonita Hotel.
It will be located on the east side of the bay, close by but independent at the same time.
This second stage will include beachfront apartments, all overlooking the water, with all kinds of amenities available.
Development plans currently suggest 1 Bedroom, 2 Bedrooms and various in between arrangements for the units (Den, Balcony and Terraces the prominent features).
We will be offering a full range of services, from property management including revenue from hotel-style rental of units to more traditional one stop shop for all your services, from payment of utilities, linen service, you name it basically.
At this point in time we are working on infrastructure design and approval for the property, and we are very pleased with our progress.
The master plan for the development has already been approved by the authorities.
The area for the Village currently has no infrastructure to speak of, other than utilities and roads at the property line.
We expect to begin construction work on said infrastructure by the end of the year, during the beginning of our dry season, much more agreeable from a construction perspective.
We are deferring pricing on this project until we actually break ground on the buildings themselves.
However, we have been toying with the idea of doing a pre-launch opening sometime around October-November...
